International deliveries may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, as well as additional delays due to customs inspections. As the recipient, you will be responsible for all duties imposed by your country/region. Once the shipment is sent, Ellajo Bijoux does not accept returns due to unpaid import duties.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order
has been shipped with a tracking number. There will be a web link next to the
tracking number to enable you to track your order with respective shipping
agent.

  1. Return Policy:

    • Conditions for returns: Full-priced products must be new, original, unworn, unused, not customized, not adjusted, undamaged, and with original luster and packaging.
    • Refunds: Eligible within 7 days of receipt (including weekends and public holidays).
    • Exchanges: Eligible within 14 days of receipt.
    • Ellajo Bijoux does not cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  2. Processing:

    • Requests will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Customers will be notified via email once the returned product is received.
  3. Shipping Requirements:

    • Customers must choose a carrier with tracking and insurance to ensure the safety of the package.
    • Ellajo Bijoux  is not responsible for any loss during the shipping process.
  4. Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:

    • Discounted or promotional items.
    • Customized products.
    • Products that have been resized.
    • Used products.

1. Email us at service@ellajo-bijoux.com to inform us that you wish to return/exchange product with the order number and product details.

2. Send the product to Ellajo Bijoux customer centre with the following information (a) Order number b) Contact person and contact number c) The details of the request), without those information, may cause a delay on the return and exchange process.
Return Address: Ellajo LLC, Contact Number: +1 8143512469   will offer your return address after received your mail.

3 After receiving the return, our quality department will do an inspection and send an email notification on the inspection result within working days

4. Exchange and refund will be proceed within 5 working days if the product is in original good condition.

 

Care Instructions

Pearls are made naturally by the oyster or mussel. They can last a liftime (or more) if properly taken care of, without losing their shine or color intensity. After each wear, use pearly lustre silver polishing cloth to wipe your pearl jewelry as perspiration and body oil from the skin is acidic and may affect the pearl jewelry's lustre. Pearl jewelry may require restringing with regular use and over time. 

 

All Jewelry Accessories should be treated with care. Here are some tips to look after your items to ensure they continue to look good: Avoid exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotion and chemicals. Do not wear to sleep, bathe or during sporting activities. Clean after use with Pearly Lustre silver polishing cloth. Keep in the jewelry pouch provided or pearly lustre antioxidant bag to avoid scratches. Store in a dry area. Avoid hot & humid areas.

Should you notice the sparkle of the stones is dull or slight tarnish from regular wear, you may wash with mild hand soap with cold water or use professional jewelry cleaner to restore to its full sparkle. Use a soft toothbrush to reach the small corners to clean, if needed.
